Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in California. I have been practicing for about 3 years and love to help anyone struggling with the stresses of everyday life to most illnesses in psychiatry. We will look at possible medications and treatments to assist you with your journey. I can prescribe new medications, adjust your current meds, as well as look at more natural remedies which can work together with your meds. My goal is help you understand your own mind and body.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My best strength is listening. I aim to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. My experience as a PMHNP is invaluable and I use that along with keeping up to date on the newest treatments and findings to come up with a plan for my clients!
