Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maryland. I received my Masters Degree from Salisbury University and have been practicing for 12 years in a variety of settings. I have worked with adults with severe and persistent mental illness to help them manage and understand their symptoms.

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and housekeeping items and then dive into the reasons that you are starting this journey and how I can help you get to your destination.

My 12 years of working with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnosis and challenges has helped me to develop ways to help individuals overcome their challenges.
Ideal clients
I love working with young adults who are struggling to navigate their way in their new world. They want to be successful in their new roles whether that is college, employment, or relationships. I also love working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This can be a scary and difficult for both individuals and their families. They want to understand their new reality and how to manage it while still be successful.
