My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

As an ACT practitioner, I use the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients navigate their emotional challenges with greater flexibility and mindfulness. I guide individuals in accepting their thoughts and feelings without judgment, while focusing on actions that align with their core values. By fostering psychological flexibility, I help clients move beyond avoidance and unhelpful patterns, encouraging them to live more fully and authentically, even in the presence of difficult emotions. My goal is to empower clients to create meaningful change by building greater acceptance, awareness, and commitment to the life they truly want to live.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a CBT therapist, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral struggles. By using cognitive restructuring techniques, I guide clients to recognize distorted thinking and replace it with more balanced, realistic perspectives. I also work with clients to develop practical skills, such as problem-solving, relaxation techniques, and behavior modification, to manage symptoms and improve daily functioning. My goal is to empower clients to break the cycle of negative thinking and take actionable steps toward creating lasting positive change in their lives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

As a DBT therapist, I help clients build emotional regulation skills and develop healthier ways to cope with intense emotions. Through a combination of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness techniques, I support clients in navigating difficult situations without becoming overwhelmed or reactive. I work collaboratively with clients to validate their experiences while also encouraging them to make positive changes that enhance their relationships and overall well-being. My goal is to help clients achieve greater emotional balance, improve interpersonal connections, and build a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
