Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio and Indiana. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton. I have been practicing for 5 years. I have experience counseling in a private practice setting working with adults and adolescents. I have training in Motivational Interviewing, Mental Health First Aid and Trauma Informed Care.

This will allow me to craft a customized plan tailored to your needs, which we'll work through together throughout our counseling journey.
With over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse populations in social services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I value diversity and the impact of culture on the individual. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where your voice is heard.
I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds in overcoming life's challenges. My clients are eager to discover their inner strengths, empowering them to forge their own paths and live life according to their desires. Frequently, they feel stuck by a sense of being misunderstood, overwhelmed, and burdened by the weight of the world on their shoulders.
