Hi there! I’m Colleen, and I believe that therapy is a collaborative, creative process that can help people live a more free and genuine way of life. My practice style is warm, conversational, non-judgmental and direct. I provide a safe and supportive space for people to explore, experiment, and gain awareness to release old patterns that are no longer helpful. I have experience working with people struggling with a range of issues including personal transitions, anxiety, depression, self-doubt & internal conflict, challenging relationships, and recovering from loss. My goal is to help people feel more alive, aware, and help create a more fulfilling and authentic lifestyle.
Together we can identify triggers, and work through patterns that are no longer working or helpful. I’m here to help, and take on the hang ups that might be holding you back.
I work in a collaborative manner, while providing a non-judgmental safe space for my clients. I use CBT, as well as psychodynamic tools to help identify where the triggers might be steaming from.
By using CBT and psychodynamic tools, I can help you discover where the root of the issue is, while exploring what you tell yourself about the issues or symptoms you experience. By exploring the root of the issues, I can help you process and move forward to a more productive and positive lifestyle.
