First session
The first session is a "getting to know you" session. It is a time when you will get to know me and I will get to know you. It is the beginning of the therapeutic relationship.....sort of like meeting a new friend. We will establish a focus for our work and begin to illuminate the appropriate interventions to move forward through your roadblocks
Strengths
I have been told by many clients over the years that a primary source of their healing is my compassionate heart. I create a safe, supportive environment where we can explore new life options. I listen......I care.....I want you to feel better. I am willing and anticipate helping you achieve your goal.
Ideal clients
Women in this country and around the world are struggling with issues that are impacting their lives. I love helping women gain clarity around their issues and grow their self-esteem. Grief comes to all of us......it is a difficult time in our lives. I have spent many years helping people through the grieving process.
Treatment methods
Eclectic
I have been trained in many different treatment modalities. Each person is unique. I work with individuals to develop a treatment plan that is designed for that particular person.
