Schedule an interactive therapy session today that is convenient for your schedule. I provide confidential telehealth sessions to help you increase awareness and gain control of situations such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma or relationship issues. We will identify the causes and triggers, navigate present situations as well as past barriers, to build strengths and decrease weaknesses. My typical day is focused on being a single father to two awesome boys, helping guide and watch them find their inner strengths as they grow into young men.

I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I honor the trust placed in me by providing a confidential and supportive space for your healing journey. I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. The first session is just getting a feel for each other as I ask a lot of questions. We will draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower clients to gain insights, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

My professional experience covers over 25 years in a variety of settings that include behavioral health, addictions, Intellectual disabilities, and Children and Youth, as well as experience with loss and grief, men's health, divorce, parenting and spirituality. I work with the whole person, sorting through multiple issues, often all at the same time. We identify your strengths and prioritize the areas that you want to improve. People can get overwhelmed feeling they have to do it all at once, having no idea where to start or the confidence to believe they can improve their situation. I regularly make sure we are going in a direction that is manageable, realistic, and makes sense so you can take control of your life.

My treatment methods


Integrative therapy is a wholistic approach that you and I develop as we determine expectations and goals. I ask a lot of questions in the beginning and use several interactive techniques to increase awareness and understand past triggers. I believe therapy sessions should be transparent: I explain why I ask the questions I ask and always want to have an interactive exchange of feedback as we figure out the journey together.
