Hello! I am Ana Milena Are you struggling with keeping up with your relationship(s), work, and health? Do you miss the spontaneity and excitement that existed earlier in your personal relationship? Is it hard for you to accept compliments or be kind towards yourself? I enjoy learning about each person I encounter and through various types of therapy and conversation finding the root of their struggles. Together we will figure out what hasn't worked, find balance and inner peace in an environment that feels safe and allows you to grow.
In our first session we will have brief introductions. I will then ask for your specific challenges you are facing. I will then propose a plan for how we will face the challenges together in the follow up sessions. I will gradually teach you how to create a healthy balance in your life so that you feel inner peace, happiness, and motivation.
I will meet you with compassion, patience, and evidence based techniques which will help you overcome your challenges. You will learn how to use your strengths to bring balance, peace, and self-fulfillment into your daily life. I look forward to meeting you to help you live your life to the fullest!

I work closely with my clients to help them build positive mindfulness and healthy coping skills to have a more fulfilling life filled with inner balance and peace. Clients learn difference between healthy behaviors versus self destructive behaviors while learning how to incorporate the positive into their personal life.
