I am a Licensed Psychologist who has a professional certificate in Autism from U C Davis. I do see clients who have the "diagnosis of Autism and ADHD" and I am very comfortable with these clients. Many of these clients have great potential but challenges have gotten in their path. The goal is to clear the path so that goals can be achieved. Working through this process can be very rewarding.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will learn all about who you are and what challenges you are experiencing and how you can best be served.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will listen to your concerns and there will be no judgment. I will work with you to generate options to challenging situations.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best served by clients who would like to learn, and grow. Learning and change keep us engaged.

What is the goal? How can you get there? What is preventing you from obtaining the goal. Life should be about balance. Balance consists of happiness, feeling good, enjoyment, doing fun things, and at the same time making good choices which includes eating well and taking care of your health. Whether its hiking, biking, walking, swimming or yoga..... movement is essential. Mindfulness - taking a moment are all keys to good health and decision making. Somedays are so challenging. we need to get through the day, and sometimes we need to break the day down into segments so that we can hang in there. There are other times where we need to work on goal setting and have steps so that we can visualize the future and know its going to be okay. Boundaries, and goals can be helpful and this is an important part of therapy. I am also a Psychpact Provider and can virtually assist clients who are outside the State of Pennsylvania if their state is one of the 40 Enacted, 39 Effective at present.
