Shareela’s approach is relatable, strengths-based, and collaborative. Shareela believes that through a direct and collaborative approach, her clients can explore the areas that prevent progress while finding their purpose. In 2020, Shareela cofounded her private practice, Change Therapeutic Services, Inc., where she maintains a relationship of respect for the therapeutic relationship while supporting clients in exploring areas that cause distress and developing goals as they move towards their future. Those who know Shareela will tell you she is fun, loving, loyal, organized, hardworking, and creative.
Clients can expect us to discuss how therapy works, briefly review their completed intake paperwork and discuss why they are seeking therapy. From there we collaboratively can develop the clients treatment goals.
My greatest strengths are I’m relatable , non judgmental and I take a collaborative approach towards treatment.
I enjoy working with tweens and teen and their parents. I also enjoy working with adults of all ages who are ready to address and improve in the areas discussed in session.

I appreciate the direct, goal/solution oriented, authentic, and empowering approach I have experienced thus far during my sessions with Shareela. She has helped me to identify areas of opportunity for me to grow within and in relationships. Ultimately, these areas are encouraging me to experience less anxiety, depression and conflict.
