In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, I ask if you have anything pressing to discuss. I want to meet you where you are at in the present moment. If not, I will review your intake form with you. There are often questions I have after reading it. Please know that I do take notes during my sessions. This is for my focus and reference later.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I enjoy working with women who struggle with self-confidence, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship issues.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best suited to work with someone motivated to do the work required in therapy. I want you to be open to discussing what is truly an issue in your life and I want to see you push yourself towards growth. It is best if a client is open to applying techniques and strategies outside of our time together and follows through with this.

With target goals and homework outside of our sessions. We can work on skills and interventions that can help you beyond our time together. The idea of therapy is to be brief and focused so that you can get back to your life and live it to the fullest.
