I am versed in helping people deal with relationship concerns such as a Narcissistic family member, Imposter Syndrome for professionals, grief , traumas as well as traditional support for depression, anxiety, stress management , adjustments, communication and building of other skills; Cognitive Behavioral techniques; Inner child; adolescents (w caregiver support) , teens and adults for 1:1 sessions. I help people w invitations to use open dialogue for processing, didactic/educational dialogue for learning healthy tools to use to channel emotional responses in healthy ways, teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for long-standing changes, and have been described as an exceptional listener. Initial is phone consult (complementary) for 10-15 min. to answer questions and discuss basic concerns to see if could be a fit followed by intake (full 60 min. session to discuss background, expectations and goal setting, and begin to build rapport and skills, to your comfort level).

Late adolescent/ teen/ young adult/ adult/ older clients welcome as I enjoy working with all; some clients present as caregivers and need buffers/ ways to cope, other suffer from clinical concerns of anxiety/ depression/ trauma and are assisted with teachings of Evidenced Based Practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and holistic measures (eclectic approach to teaching tools); professionals and parents and all walks of life can be served.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use tools to identify triggers and related maladaptive thought patterns/ reactions to then apply Cognitive Behavioral Tools to undo this and improve emotional regulation and control.
