LCSW, 7 years of experience
Hi there, I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), having earned my Master's Degree from Rutgers University. With six years of invaluable experience, my practice specializes in providing support to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach combines empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship to support clients in their journey. I am passionate about helping clients navigate through life's complexities to achieve emotional well-being and fulfillment.
In our first session together, we'll establish a comfortable and confidential space where you can feel safe and supported. We'll delve into your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your aspirations and concerns, and lay the groundwork for our therapeutic alliance. This initial meeting is an invaluable opportunity for you to express yourself openly, and collaboratively, we'll craft a personalized plan to facilitate meaningful progress towards your desired outcomes.
Through my experience as a therapist, I've honed strengths in effectively addressing and supporting individuals dealing with depression and anxiety. I bring empathetic understanding, tailored interventions, and a collaborative approach to empower clients on their journey towards improved mental well-being. My commitment lies in fostering resilience and positive change in the lives of those navigating these challenges.
I find fulfillment in collaborating with individuals aged 15-64. I specialize in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, and the everyday stressors that life presents. My approach is rooted in providing effective support for clients navigating these aspects of their lives.
I have a substantial background in employing CBT in my practice. My approach involves aiding clients in pinpointing their thoughts, facilitating the transformation of distorted thought patterns, and equipping them with skills for behavior management.

Jackie is super kind. She is patient, friendly, and we always end up having good laughs. (Laughter truly is the best medicine). She doesn’t feel like a therapist. She feels like a friend that I can speak to without having to hold back. She always speaks with kindness and always is well-articulated. I always leave my sessions feeling better, well-armed, and well-prepared. She has helped me through my grief and everything beyond thwt.
