New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients build practical coping skills and insight they can apply in daily life. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard while also working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and any relevant background. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have. You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are. We’ll end with a sense of what we’ll focus on moving forward.
My greatest strengths are building strong, trusting relationships while maintaining clear structure and expectations. I take a calm, consistent, and relational approach that helps clients feel safe enough to engage while still being appropriately challenged. I draw on cognitive-behavioral and skills-based interventions, with a strong focus on translating theory into practical, real-time strategies clients can use in daily life. My work is grounded in systems thinking, collaboration with schools and families, and helping clients build emotional regulation, insight, and long-term coping skills.
I am here to hold the mirror to your experience and help you guide and navigate your experiences to where you want to be. Barriers are everywhere and can stop from progress, but motivation and intiative will help you heal and overcome most situations. Open to being the guide to help you find yourself and help you reach the version of yourself you'd like to shine through.
