I’m a person-centered therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and LGBTQ+ issues. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and feelings. By focusing on your unique strengths and perspectives, I work with you to build confidence and find effective ways to manage your anxiety, and thrive as your true, authentic self.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I'll firstly want to get a better understanding of what brings you to therapy and what your goals for therapy are. I'll gather some general information about your background, your current life circumstances, relationships, passions, and values to get a fuller picture of who you are and how we can best work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are my deep empathy and commitment to creating a safe, affirming space for each client. My person-centered approach allows me to truly listen and respond to your individual needs, I’m skilled at building strong, trusting relationships, which helps clients feel understood and supported as they work through their challenges and grow.
