PMHNP, 13 years of experience
I am a very compassionate and professional Nurse Practitioner who has managed and treated a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep/insomnia, OCD, Bipolar II, PTSD, substance use, and other areas and have over 11 years of experience treating teens, adults and seniors. I work well with all clients from any background and provide a safe and comfortable zone for all people and I am excited to work with people who are eager to improve their overall health. I wish that everyone knew that there is hope and that taking the first step is hard to do but once you have done that people are here to make sure you get to where you want to be in life. My inspiration comes from seeing the smile and the words "I am doing so much better" from people once we achieve the goal we set out to achieve.
In our first session we will get to know each other with introductions and then an extensive history will be obtained. After this we will discuss and evaluate different areas in relation to your mental health. A treatment plan will be formulated between both prior to the end of the session with patient oriented goals. Extremely open discussion and very important that we follow goals you set.
Empathy is my biggest strength when it comes to treating individuals. I believe that you should have a provider who will listen to you wholly and fully and who will look at the whole picture and integrate a treatment option that suits the situation at hand listening to individual ideas and concerns are a priority.
Ages 18-64 dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Mood swings, PTSD, Insomnia, Bipolar, Anger, Addiction, ADHD, Trauma, Panic and many other areas

She is by far the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. Asks real questions, shows genuine concern, involves you in the treatment plan!

I had a wonderful experience with Liz! She took the time to understand my needs and was thoughtful and informative with her responses. I felt that she listed to me and was very pleased with her guidance.
It is known that treatment must be centered around the person as a whole and each individual have unique experiences.
