Norma Franco
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in various clinical settings. I strongly believe that each person already holds the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. My role as a clinician is to offer a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach, I guide clients in exploring their experiences, honoring their values, finding their strengths, and moving towards a fulfilling and meaningful life.
First session
During our first session together, clients can expect to briefly hear about the therapy process and my unique person-centered approach. As we begin to build a therapeutic relationship, clients can share as much or as little as they would like regarding the reasons for seeking therapy. As part of the intake process, I will ask about background information including mental health history. Clients can also expect to begin discussing initial treatment goals and their own expectations from therapy.
Strengths
My greatest strength as a clinician is being a compassionate are caring individual who truly wants to see others find their joy and happiness.
Ideal clients
I am open to and able to work with a diverse population with a multitude of challenges.
