I take an integrative approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Strength-based therapy to support meaningful and lasting change. When first meeting with me, clients can expect a warm, welcoming and nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable being themselves. I prioritize building genuine connection and take time to understand each person's unique experiences, concerns and goals. My approach is collaborative and relaxed, while still providing structure and direction to help clients feel supported and grounded from the start. I aim to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected and at ease, whether they are new to therapy or returning. In our first sessions, we will begin to explore what brings you to therapy now and identify areas of challenge. My goal is for you to leave understood, hopeful and confident that you are in the right place.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is in my ability to create a genuine, trusting connection and rapport, while also offering practical, useful, evidence-based tools for change. I balance warmth and empathy with structure, helping clients feel both supported and guided throughout the therapeutic process. By integrating both CBT and DBT, as well as strength based format, I am able to assist in the breakdown of overwhelming thoughts and emotions into more manageable, actionable steps, while still holding the space for each client's lived experience. My approach is authentic, adaptable and collaborative, allowing me to meet clients where they are and tailor sessions to their needs and goals. Overall, I strive to empower clients with insight, skills, and confidence so they can navigate challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In addition, I am trained in DBT, where skills are incorporated to support emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and assist in more effective interpersonal communication.

I also utilize strength based perspective where I highlight each client's resilience, values and existing capabilities to foster empowerment and meaningful change.
