New to Grow
I am an open minded, easygoing, and passionate person. I have over 10 years of experience in the helping field and have worked with clients in a plethora of settings. I use a supportive and genuine approach that allows for natural client/clinician team work. I am invested in continuously learning new approaches and methods that work for specific individuals in achieving expected outcomes.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and clarify your goals. I take a holistic approach, focusing on where you are in your change process, how you got there, and where you may need support moving forward.
I believe that my greatest strength is the depth and flexibility I bring from working across nearly every sector of social work, allowing me to meet clients where they are with both clinical skill and real-world understanding. I use a solution-focused, strengths-based lens while integrating practical interventions that are tailored to each client’s environment and lived experience. As a result, clients often experience meaningful progress that feels both achievable and sustainable beyond the therapy space.
I am best positioned to support individuals experiencing stress, life transitions, and challenges with emotional regulation who are seeking practical, goal-oriented support. I work well with clients who may feel overwhelmed but are open to exploring solutions and building on their strengths. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping clients develop coping skills and clarity around their goals. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard while also gaining tools to make meaningful, sustainable changes.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have years of experience integrating this treatment method into clinical social work practice across hospital and community settings. I use it to quickly identify clients strengths, clarify presenting concerns, and establish realistic, goal-oriented plans. My approach is rooted in being solution-focused while still providing empathetic, patient-centered care. I work to highlight what is already working for the client and build on those strengths to support progress. This method is especially effective in fast-paced environments where brief, meaningful interventions are needed. I also ensure that interventions are culturally responsive and tailored to each individual’s unique situation. Overall, I use this approach to empower clients while guiding them toward practical and sustainable solutions.
