What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session after a brief introduction we will explore the specific struggles/challenges that you are encountering. This will provide information to begin crafting a plan and strategies that have proven helpful, taking your personal strengths and stressors into consideration.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having much experience building a collaborative positive relationship, to guide and motivate individuals to use tried and true strategies, I have seen very good progress with the vast majority of my clients.
