You want to deal with thoughts and emotions in a more helpful way. You want to discover your path and lead a life of full potential. You want to be able to overcome obstacles along your way. I can help you to take the steps towards the life you want to live.
I help children, adolescents, and adults. I use an eclectic style of therapy along with evidence-based interventions in order to provide a tailored experience for every client. The holistic, or mind-body, approach is the healing focus of my practice.
Treatment Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Strategies, and Trauma-Informed Interventions.
I have specialized experience in working with anxiety and depression. I teach how to overcome the stigmas dealing with mental health, disrupt unhelpful cycles, and encourage learning and thriving from our human emotions.

Jasmine is a good listener and comes up with very helpful solutions to help alleviate of the issues I’m experiencing. I definitely appreciate her perspective on some of the problems I’m dealing with. Overall she’s been very helpful.
