In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, share some informal information about your expectations and then dive into the specific reasons why you are seeking therapy at this time. This will help us create a plan that will guide our work together.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with clients who need help coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Ms. Corrie was wonderful. I was nervous at first, but she has a very warm and calming personality. She relatable and seemed to get me. Very authentic and that is what I loved. Can't wait to talk with her again
