I provide a safe space for people to rediscover their resilience, express their authentic self, and embrace their healing journey. My areas of care include use of EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I find it important to be person centered and meeting people where they are at. I encourage you to take the first step by reaching out for a free phone consultation or request an appointment to begin your therapeutic journey. It isn't easy to take the first step, but it is often the most important one to make. I will walk alongside you, meeting you with compassion, honesty, and acceptance.
The first session is to build rapport and obtain a thorough history and what brings you in for counseling. We will discuss goals, expectations, and answer any questions you have about the process.
My greatest strength as a therapist is to help you feel safe, comfortable to express yourself freely without judgement, and build a strong therapeutic relationship together.
I provide support and guidance to people struggling with trauma, relationship and boundary setting, mood instability, and/or identify as LGBTQ+. I most commonly work with diagnoses of mood disorders, PTSD, and anxiety.
