I am a licensed professional counselor based in Maryland. I graduated in 2005 and have since worked with clients of all ages. I enjoy being able to partner with people and support them in taking the steps needed to better their lives, and pursue their own personal goals towards happiness and fulfillment.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT techniques to identify and address problematic thought patterns and behaviors that are hindering personal growth, and interfering with one's life. I work with clients to develop personalized coping strategies that work best with their own goals and sense of self.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use this modality of treatment to help clients understand different parts of self; internal and external dynamics that lead to current problems, as well painful emotions that are often ignored or actively avoided. The goal is to achieve healing and harmony within, so that the person feels whole again.
