My goal is to work on eliminating the stigma associated with Mental Health and Addiction that would lead to embracing treatment and recovery. I use a person-centered approach, holistic, multicultural, motivational Interviewing, and integrative approach in treatment. This means I meet clients where they are, and work collaboratively to accomplish identified goals and skills needed for success. I have over 13 years’ experience working in the mental health and addictions field. I have experience working the following settings residential, outpatient, in-home, community based and hospitals and virtual settings.

First session
The first session is an opportunity to us to decide if the therapeutic relationship is a good fit. After the first session clients can expect to feel there if a therapeutic relationship building and start to cultivate treatment goals and some strategies to help identify goals and ways to meet their identified goals.
Strengths
My biggest strength is my ability to create a safe non-judgmental space for clients to share and work through life experiences and lean into uncomfortable emotions. This is fundamental part of treatment for anxiety, depression, addiction and any other mental challenges.
