New to Grow
Are you the one who keeps everything together for everyone else but inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of yourself? Maybe you appear confident on the outside, yet privately struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new career, ending or redefining a relationship, setting boundaries, or simply trying to feel more confident in who you are, therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. With over five years of experience, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, while always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your stress, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. You deserve a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are, not one driven by pressure, fear, or self-doubt. If you’re ready to feel more confident, connected, and secure in your next steps, I would be honored to support you.
I understand that every journey is unique, and that’s why I focus on creating a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs. Together, we’ll work to find the right strategies to help you feel more connected to yourself, heal from past struggles, and create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling. I believe in taking things one step at a time. My goal is to walk alongside you in a way that’s caring, understanding, and empowering. Together, we’ll build the skills and confidence you need to move forward and embrace your personal growth journey. You don’t have to face this alone. Let’s work together to help you bloom into the best version of yourself.
My ideal clients are middle school-aged children, teens, and adults through their 40s who are finding it difficult to navigate life transitions. Changes in relationships, school, career, parenthood, identity, or other major life events can often bring feelings of stress, uncertainty, and disconnection while also impacting self-esteem and personal or romantic relationships. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to provide a supportive space where you can process life’s challenges, build confidence, and create a path toward balance, healing, and growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
With over five years of experience using CBT, I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. This approach is effective for anxiety, depression, stress, and negative self-talk. In our sessions, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and build healthier coping strategies to improve your overall well-being.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative approach I use to help clients who feel stuck, uncertain, or conflicted about making changes in their lives. Through open conversation and guided reflection, we’ll explore your values, strengthen motivation, and increase confidence in your ability to take meaningful steps toward your goals.
Play Therapy
Play Therapy allows children to express feelings, process experiences, and develop coping skills in ways that feel natural to them. With more than five years of clinical experience working with children and families, I use play, creative activities, and age-appropriate interventions to help children communicate emotions, build confidence, and feel supported in a safe environment.
Strength-Based
A Strengths-Based approach focuses on the abilities, resilience, and inner resources you already have. In our work together, I help clients recognize their strengths, draw from past successes, and use those tools to navigate challenges. This approach encourages growth, empowerment, and lasting confidence.
