About me

Hi, I’m Kassidy, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Orange County. I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, sports performance pressures, and trauma. Before becoming a therapist, I was a Division I soccer player at Northwestern University. That experience taught me a lot about resilience, teamwork, and managing pressure - qualities I bring into my therapeutic work. I can understand how balancing high expectations in sports, relationships, or life can feel overwhelming, and I’m passionate about helping clients build the skills and insight they need to not only cope but truly thrive. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in genuine curiosity. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the patterns and experiences that shape your life. I believe that healing happens in relationships - both with others and with ourselves - and I work to support you in building insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy is about helping you feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more seen, supported, and equipped to navigate whatever life is bringing your way. If you're seeking a therapist who will honor your lived experience and support your growth with compassion and intention, I’d be honored to work with you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private practice, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and dual diagnosis treatment centers. This range of experience has deepened my understanding of the diverse ways people heal and grow. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify goals that are meaningful to you - whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or working toward another personal intention. As you gain new insights, those goals may evolve, and we’ll adjust our work to stay aligned with what matters most to you. I’m here to support you and offer tools along the way, especially during the moments that feel hardest.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions. My ideal clients are ready to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Together, we work on building coping skills, improving self-understanding, and creating meaningful change in their lives.
