With over 20 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of both the medical and emotional aspects of mental health. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of your mental health journey. My goal is to provide you with the support, guidance, and resources needed to achieve lasting wellness. My approach to providing care is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered philosophy. I believe in treating the whole person—addressing mental health symptoms, but also considering physical, emotional, and social factors that influence well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique needs, values, and goals. I prioritize open communication, mutual respect, and empowerment to explore the most effective strategies for achieving lasting mental health and wellness.
Our first session will be a Psychiatric Evaluation, which consists of brief introductions and a history of your past and present challenges. Your medical history will be reviewed, laboratory tests may be ordered, and a discussion on treatments available to address your mental health needs.
My experience in the mental health field has provided me with an extensive knowledge base on how to best treat clients and collaboratively develop an individualized plan that will assist clients with gaining clarity on their mental issues and how to reach mental wellness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to assist clients in recognizing how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
