I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in MD. With over 12 years working with individuals seeking to improve their psychological health, I have discovered that I am most passionate helping individuals overcome panic and anxiety. I have extensive experience with post-partum depression and am knowledgeable about working with women as they recovery from the grip depression that some experience after giving birth. I am also a financial coach and can offer services for gaining control over your finances and acquiring a peace about your asset management. Most importantly I actively practice my faith as a Christian and am willing to incorporate the principles of faith in to counseling at the request of the clients I work with.

The interventions I am able to offer through my services include; ACT (acceptance commitment theory), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Motivational Interviewing, solutions focused, and of course you as the client will always remain are the center of the therapy experience.
