You will have a safe space to share & discuss about your concerns. Together we can work on creating a goal that you would like to work on, short term and/or long term. You will receive positive coping strategies to be able to manage your thoughts/feelings.
I will utilize cognitive behavioral approach and motivational interviewing and provide you with homework exercises to work on in between sessions.
