I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with licenses in Maryland, California, Arizona, DC, Connecticut and Virginia. My journey in mental health care has been driven by a passion for helping individuals live their best lives. I have received extensive training in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment modalities. With a focus on adult populations, I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and adjustment disorders.

First session
During our initial visit, we create a plan that will guide us through our sessions. Understanding one's likes and dislikes help create a mutual trust and respect to promote treatment compliance. My strong clinical skills, such as listening, communication, empathy, and building trust with my clients, are my assets to bridge the gap in accessing mental health services. I work closely with my clients needs to ensure compliance.
