In our first session we complete the necessary in take form. Once that is complete we will go over the clients main reason for seeking therapy and what they hoped to achieve once they finish therapy.

CBT is used in my practice as an intervention to help reduce certain mental health conditions. It is one of the primary methods I use to treat mental health conditions.
