Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health and Professional Counsellor (LMHC, LPC) in Florida and Pennsylvania and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado and Florida. I am based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 15years. I serve individuals, couples and families facing emotional struggles, relationship issues, and past trauma.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I work to meet you where you are, to be able to understand your unique situations and help you identify your needs and your strengths. I understand that you are the expert of your situation, and help you expand your perspective to enable you to forge your own path forward.
I love working with individuals, couples and families who are stuck for an array of reasons. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious.
