Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I received my degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and since then have worked with children and adolescents in schools, outpatient, and in-home therapy settings. My clients are working through the stress that comes from growing up and learning to navigate childhood and adolescence to become their best selves.
In our first session, we will begin the process of getting to know each other. You will have an opportunity to let me know who you are, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals. You will also be able to ask me questions and get to know me, as we begin our journey together.
I have worked with young people for almost 10 years, and have an understanding of the unique needs and barriers children and adolescents face today. I aim to be a compassionate provider who gives you a voice in your mental health care and partner with you to create unique treatment plans tailored to help you achieve your goals.
I enjoy working with children and adolescents who are learning to navigate the difficulties that come with their current life stage. Together we can work to navigate difficult situations stemming from peer and family relationships, school, social media, and beyond. Children and teens may often feel depressed, anxious, and unheard. It is my goal to work with my clients to give them a voice and a safe place to work through these life stressors.
I can tailor treatment plans specific to each client by utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy. I understand that each client enters therapy with unique needs and backgrounds. An eclectic approach allows me to utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, creating plans as individual as the clients I serve.
