LCSW, 5 years of experience
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I earned my degree from the University of Pennsylvania and have spent my career working with children and adolescents in schools, outpatient programs, and in-home settings. Navigating life at any age can be challenging—but especially during the transitions of childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. I specialize in helping young people manage stress, anxiety, and the pressure to "have it all figured out." Whether it’s school, relationships, identity, or major life decisions, I’m here to create a safe, supportive space to work through it together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to become their best selves.
In our first session, we’ll start getting to know each other. You’ll have space to share what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and anything else you’d like me to know. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how we’ll work together moving forward.
I have worked with young people for almost 10 years, and have an understanding of the unique needs and barriers children and adolescents face today. I aim to be a compassionate provider who gives you a voice in your mental health care and partner with you to create unique treatment plans tailored to help you achieve your goals.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating the challenges of growing up—whether it’s family or peer conflict, academic stress, social media pressure, or life transitions. Many young people experience anxiety, sadness, or feel unheard. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where they feel seen and empowered. Together, we’ll build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.
I can tailor treatment plans specific to each client by utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy. I understand that each client enters therapy with unique needs and backgrounds. An eclectic approach allows me to utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, creating plans as individual as the clients I serve.
