In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and understand your goals for therapy. It’s a space for you to share your story at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to dive into anything too heavy right away. I believe in creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe and supported. During our first meeting, we’ll also discuss logistics, such as confidentiality, session structure, and what you can expect going forward. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and clear about how we’ll work together to move toward your therapeutic goals. It’s a starting point - where we lay the foundation for building trust, understanding, and progress in the work we’ll do together.

So I’ve had many therapists in my life to a young child and to an adult and I would say by far she is the best therapist I’ve had in a very, very long time. I love her warmth, her spirit, and just overall, I feel heard by her and when we talk so I recommend her 10 out of 10.
