I believe in creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe and supported. During our first meeting, we’ll also discuss logistics, such as confidentiality, session structure, and what you can expect going forward. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and clear about how we’ll work together to move toward your therapeutic goals. It’s a starting point - where we lay the foundation for building trust, understanding, and progress in the work we’ll do together.

I feel like she’s solution oriented i can just tell she’s empathetic but smart with it, she knows what to say she’s authentic, warm, inviting, but can be challenging and direct too which is also good because it forces me to think. She made me feel comfortable within my first session.

Having LeAndra as my therapist has been great for me. While giving professional perspective she also gives a sense of friendship that allows for you to feel comfortable opening up and sharing to get the most out of your therapy sessions. We always end our sessions feeling like there wasn’t enough time and we could sit and talk for hours which to me is a sign of a great bond. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her and always look forward to them!
