I am very fortunate to have found my purpose in the practice of psychotherapy. Being able to work every day while at the same time recognizing it as my purpose in my life is an honor. As a result, I truly love what I do. Approach: My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on your unique needs and goals. Whether you're seeking individual support, relationship challenges, or struggling with family dynamics, through an eclectic approach, I am here to help guide and accompany you on your journey to recover your True Self and live a life of purpose.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to start of by setting a standard for informality. I'm most interested in why you have come to therapy, what your hopes are and your 1-3 priorities that seem to be getting in the way of a happy and meaningful life for you. I believe conversation is the most important step to take, and the subject can be anything you choose. It's all about communication, and the sooner you feel comfortable opening up, the sooner we can get down to the things that matter to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength as a therapist, simply put, I am fearless. I'm not afraid to go anywhere with you, am rarely surprised by what I hear from people, and I never, EVER judge!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have worked with many types of clients, but my experience has informed me Iam most comfortable treating adults over 21, who are having difficulties identifying their "True Self" and, along with that, are struggling to find their own purpose in life.

My treatment methods

Gestalt

I became very interested in Gestalt Experiential Therapy when I first me a colleague who ultimately became my mentor. It is very present-centered and oriented. It is a no-nonsense approach to therapy which encourages the client to be willing to go to places which might at first seem daunting, but ultimately turn out to be a highly rewarding experience, particularly upon realizing the courage it took to get to where they've always wanted to go and to face these challenges head on.

Experiential Therapy

In conjunction with Gestalt therapy, the methods used require some measure of courage, but it soon becomes apparent it was one of things lacking as a way to fully experience the the fullness of life and experience in the world. In the end, many patients have described it as something akin to receiving a gift, but one that keeps giving throughout their lives.
