Hi! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the Bay Area, CA. I received my Master’s from University of San Francisco. I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, relational challenges, and life transitions using approaches like EFT, IFS, CBT, and Structural Family Therapy. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where healing and growth can happen.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll start with some introductions and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current struggles, and goals. This helps me get a sense of your unique story so we can create a plan that feels supportive and personalized to you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and safe in our work together. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental presence to the therapy space. My strengths lie in helping clients explore complex emotions, uncover patterns with compassion, and build lasting change through insight and connection. I’m especially skilled at holding space for nuance—whether that’s navigating identity, family dynamics, or inner conflict.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite name—whether in relationships, family roles, or their inner world. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ folks, deep feelers, caregivers, or high achievers who may look like they have it together but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to break old cycles. They’re ready to understand themselves more fully and are looking for real, lasting change.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use EFT to help clients tune into core emotions and make sense of recurring patterns in relationships. Together, we work on creating more secure emotional connections by understanding needs, healing attachment wounds, and shifting reactive cycles.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS to help clients connect with and understand the different “parts” of themselves—like the inner critic, protector, or wounded child. By building compassion and curiosity toward these parts, clients can heal from within and feel more balanced and whole.

Attachment-based

I help clients explore how early attachment experiences shape their current relationships and sense of self. By fostering trust and emotional safety, we work to heal attachment wounds and build more secure, connected ways of relating.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. Together, we develop practical tools to challenge these patterns, build healthier perspectives, and support lasting change.

Structural Family Therapy

I use Structural Family Therapy to understand and shift family dynamics by looking at roles, boundaries, and patterns within the family system. The goal is to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create healthier family structures.
