Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) based in Michigan. I received my master’s from Indiana University and have been practicing for 6 years with over 10 years of social work experience. I help people in a variety of circumstances find coping, healing and authenticity. I am client centered and relationship oriented. Meaning, I strive to help those struggling to cope, heal and process life’s difficulties with a genuineness and open minded approach.

In our first session together we will acquaint ourselves with one another. We will then explore what brought you to therapy and come up with a plan to best meet your treatment needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
The bulk of my experience is with adolescents, specific to trauma and behavior modification. I am patient and creative in my approach to assisting clients in changing behaviors, processing trauma and developing coping skills.

I love working with people! My clients are eager to develop the skills they already possess. They often feel anxious, hopeless and stuck in a cycle of negative coping.

Annie makes me feel less-alone in my struggles and mental health related issues; she's incredibly reassuring and makes it well known to me that I do not have to struggle by myself, nor is it unusual or weird for me to be struggling. I used to feel so guilty bringing up my anxiety or depression and I often felt like a burden, but Annie was very warm and welcoming with my concerns and made me finally feel comfortable in discussing my problems. She's kind, funny and incredibly relatable!

I came to Annie with hesitancy, in need of another therapist. I was highly impressed with her warmth and authenticity. She was very easy to talk with and exceeded all of my my expectations. I look forward to our next visit.

Annie is real with me. I'm the no fluff type. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and the work she does. I'm not an easy customer in any way, lol.
