Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Northern California. I have served a variety of clients ranging from Transitionally Aged Youth to Adults. I have experience with children who fall within the autism spectrum, adults in crisis, as well as adults who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses. I strive to support clients within their own self development.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

working with a variety of clients in different situations has impacted the way i work with my clients. My clients drive the conversation because they are the experts of their lives and they are the ones who make final decisions in regards to next steps. I am here to help give alternative perspectives, listen, and to create a safe place where the client feels comfortable in their own exploration.

I love working with adults of all ages. My clients are eager to improve something in their life and gain the tools they need to make reaching their goals a reality. They often feel stuck, anxious, or have reached a transitional phase in their life.
