I believe healing begins with connection — to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based techniques, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Grief Therapy to support each client’s unique needs. In our work together, I help you explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can process emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with a sense of balance and purpose.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is about connection and comfort. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll explain my approach, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll begin creating a plan that feels supportive and achievable. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and more at ease about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are empathy, insight, and the ability to create a calm, nonjudgmental space for healing. I combine evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT with mindfulness and a strength-based perspective to help clients gain clarity, develop self-compassion, and move toward lasting change. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner resilience and feel empowered to live with intention and authenticity.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore their inner world and make meaningful changes in their lives. They may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, or a desire for deeper self-understanding and balance. I work well with clients who value personal growth, self-awareness, and a holistic approach to wellness that honors both the mind and body.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients recognize how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop new ways of thinking that support healthier coping and positive change. CBT offers practical tools you can apply between sessions to improve mood, reduce stress, and increase confidence.

Strength-Based

My approach highlights your existing strengths and resources. Rather than focusing only on problems, we’ll identify what’s already working well in your life and build from there. This helps increase resilience, self-esteem, and a sense of empowerment as you move toward your goals

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to explore and process loss in all its forms — whether from death, relationship changes, health challenges, or life transitions. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your emotions, finding meaning in your experience, and discovering ways to carry your memories forward while continuing to heal and grow.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy helps you slow down, tune into the present moment, and develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. By learning to observe experiences without judgment, you can respond to life’s challenges with more calm, clarity, and self-compassion. In session, we may use guided breathing, grounding exercises, or brief meditations to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you make space for difficult thoughts and emotions instead of struggling against them. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based action, we’ll focus on living a life that feels authentic and meaningful — even when challenges arise. It’s about learning to move forward with awareness, compassion, and purpose.
