Utilizing tools from an integrative therapy conceptualization , I don't just look at your symptoms; I look at your whole self. As a clinician, I understand that our well-being has various parts to it. I strive to understand the client as a person from a emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual perspective. This allows me to extract the right techniques from several approaches to create your very own tailor made therapy experience. I subscribe to psychoeducation, mindfulness based, expressive arts, CBT Client-centered, Motivational interviewing and SFBT, Trauma Informed care therapeutic approaches.
