Hello, I'm Pam. Do you feel like you are not being heard or that nobody truly understands what you are going through? I am here to listen to your concerns and empower you to be an active participant in your path to mental wellness. My background primarily consists of treating child, adolescent, and young adult populations including LGBTQIA+ and autism spectrum disorders. I specialize in treating attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as well as mood and affective disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar I and II, post-traumatic stress disorder, post-partum depression, adjustment disorders, seasonal affective disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. My experience also includes treating substance-induced psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, and personality disorders. I consider myself a holistic provider and will help you develop a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of not only medication, but also integrated health options to address your body, mind, and soul. I view my relationship with my clients to be a partnership and always want you to feel like an active part of your mental health care.
Clients can expect an empathetic and evidence-based assessment to help guide their developing treatment plan.
My biggest strengths are empathy and understanding, compassion for my clients, relatability, flexibility, creativity, and being non-judgmental. I understand mental health care may involve the whole family and enjoy helping with those dynamics to ensure a therapeutic environment in the home setting. I have been working with children, adolescents, and their families for nearly 10 years as a volunteer, nurse, nurse practitioner, and as a mother to two special needs children.
