First session
In our first session, we discuss thoroughly the issues at hand and together come up with plans and strategies to help you claim your life back. Most of my client see improvement in the first month and maintain improvement thereafter.
Strengths
Having worked with all population for the past 3 years, I developed a habit, of recognizing everyone struggles, and learn how to identify the cause of their struggles, and come up with a well tailored plan to achieve the goal of treatment.
Ideal clients
I love working with kids, teens, adult and the geriatric population. My clients look up to me to help improve their mental health, hence, we set goals together, walk together, and together ensure that we attain the utmost mental states.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I usually, use cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice. In the first session, we will discuss what your main concerns and decide the best approach to help you make progress and your goals. With CBT we'll explore how your thoughts impact your emotional state.
