Hello, My name is Wendy and I’ve been working in the field of Mental Health and Substance use for 30+ years. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to work help clients identify and change thoughts/behaviors that cause you to be sad, anxious, angry or stuck in patterns that aren’t helpful in living your best life.
In our first session, we will get to know each other and start identifying why you have made the important decision to reach out for help.
I look forward to providing a nonjudgmental space for you to share your thoughts and begin to strategize together toward identifying what you want to change and a plan to get there.
I have a passion for working with Seniors and those diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder.
We will discuss ways to identify patterns of thinking which may be causing unnecessary stress and barriers to achieving your goals.
We will work on managing stressors and thoughts that lead to depression and anxiety, ultimately keeping you from living your best life.
