(she/her)
Hi there! My name is Artmiz and I am deeply passionate about helping people move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and purpose. I enjoy working with adults who are curious to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and create more meaningful lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical tools like mindfulness, values-based work, and emotional awareness.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll ask questions to get a better sense of your history, current challenges, and goals, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as we begin to build a foundation for our work together. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just come as you are.
I like to provide balance between deep emotional work and practical tools for change. I combine evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a warm, collaborative style that helps clients feel safe exploring the hard stuff. I focus on helping you understand your patterns, clarify what matters most, and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you want. Clients often tell me they feel both deeply supported and gently challenged and that therapy with me helps them reconnect with their strength, values, and self-trust.
I’m best positioned to support those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, their goals, or their relationships. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, struggling with self-worth, anxiety, or burnout, and are ready to do the deeper work to understand the “why” behind their patterns. They’re often looking for a space that’s both grounding and challenging. Whether you're working through past wounds, trying to break free from self-sabotage, or simply want to live with more intention, I’m here to help you explore, heal, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients handle difficult thoughts, feelings and life experiences in a healthier way. We focus on being present, identifying what truly matters, and taking small steps toward those goals, even when things feel hard.
