(she/her)
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in evidence-based treatment for adults. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions with a focus on collaborative, patient-centered care. I integrate modalities such as CBT-informed approaches, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in improving mood, reducing anxiety, and achieving sustainable wellness. I am committed to clear communication, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you and understanding your current concerns, history, and goals for treatment. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your mental health and may discuss possible treatment options, including therapy approaches and medication management if appropriate. This session is a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s most important to you, and start building a plan that feels safe, personalized, and supportive.
My approach is calm, collaborative, and centered on who you are—not just your symptoms. I focus on your goals and what feels realistic for you day-to-day, and I pair that with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
I work with adults who are looking for compassionate, understanding support for anxiety, depression, mood challenges, ADHD, or life stressors. My ideal clients are ready to work collaboratively to explore what’s going on, develop practical strategies, and build skills to feel more in control and at ease in their daily lives. I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can be heard, understood, and supported on your journey toward emotional well-being.
