New to Grow
I am passionate about helping my clients feel heard, seen, and understood. In today’s stressful, competitive culture, life's challenges can be difficult to navigate. I am committed to helping my clients overcome the obstacles holding them back from making the changes needed to improve their lives. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. You are welcome to connect with me for a consultation.
My goal is to get to know you and learn as much as I can by asking thought-provoking questions that help me see what lies beneath the surface level and identify the sources of your barriers to progress. Together, we will develop your treatment goals and cadence and create a plan that fits your schedule for healing and progress, so you can move forward at your pace.
I have 10+ years of experience helping individuals, families, couples, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation as needed. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their healing and growth.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by relationship issues, career transitions, work-life balance, retirement, social media pressure, procrastination, people-pleasing, setting healthy boundaries, communication issues, avoidance, worry, fear, anxiety, and depression, you have found the therapist who is willing to help you develop strategies to improve your daily habits, conflict resolution, communication skills, self-care, gratitude, self-awareness, and positive self-talk. My goal is to help you achieve your highest potential, uncover unhelpful emotional and communication patterns and core beliefs so you can become healthier and happier, and guide you toward a more successful life and toward achieving your goals.
