New to Grow
I am passionate about my work and look forward to helping you to create your own personal goals and values, achieve successes, and shape a lifestyle filled with bliss. It is my mission to provide you with quality professional counseling in a safe, non-judgmental, comfortable, and confidential environment. Together, we will work to improve your ability to motivate yourself with compassion, regulate intense emotions, build resilience, let go of defeating self-criticism, and heal painful experiences. Through techniques and tools, we will target specific behaviors and thoughts that can help improve your well-being, relationships, and interactions with others.
In your first session, you will have the opportunity to share why you are seeking therapy, set your therapy goals, ask questions, and feel comfortable knowing you are seen and heard.
I have 10+ years of experience helping individuals, families, couples, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation as needed. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their healing and growth.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by career transitions, work-life balance, retirement, relationship issues, identity questions, depression, social media pressure, people pleasing, avoidance, worry, fear, or anxiety, you will develop strategies to improve conflict issues, communication skills, self-care, gratitude, self-awareness, and positive self-talk, helping you achieve your highest potential. My goal is to help you uncover unhelpful emotional patterns and core beliefs, so you can become healthier and happier, and to guide you toward a more successful lifestyle and the achievement of your goals.
