Hi, my name is Elisa Lewis, I am a California native, and Licensed as a Social Worker in California and Oregon. I focus on the needs and values of the client, which I believe contributes to building confidence in the therapy process, as well as in meeting your goals.

I specialize in Couples Therapy through the utilization of EFT and Individual Therapy using CBT, psychodynamic, DBT and compassion. My goal is for you is to live with balance, joy, and fulfillment. I also employ a gentle approach to reduce suffering through mindfulness based psychotherapy. Working with couples and diverse populations are interests, and specialties of mine.

I utilize CBT to help clients understand how their unhelpful thinking affects their feelings and behaviors. I educate clients about coping skills so they are able to intervene before their unhelpful thinking starts to impact their behaviors.

Attachment-based

I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients become more self-aware by understanding how the past has influence their present behavior.

I use EFT to help couples understand their negative cycle and repair their attachment injuries.
