Welcome! I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space for healing and growth. My passion lies in helping individuals feel supported, truly heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both school-based and community mental health settings, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and challenges related to cultural identity and adjustment. I understand how these issues can impact not only individuals but entire family systems, and I work to foster connection and understanding across generations.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive space for you to share. I’ll ask questions to better understand your current challenges, goals, and any relevant history, at a pace that feels right for you. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about the therapy process and see if we’re a good fit. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin working together toward your healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my therapeutic approach apart is my dedication to empathy, cultural humility, and a deep belief in each client’s resilience. I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring my methods to honor each client’s unique strengths, cultural identity, and personal goals. Clients often express that they feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered in our work together, which fosters meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, solution focused , family systems, person centered and mindfulness, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, culturally responsive space. I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy is a place where your story matters, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My approach is deeply grounded in person-centered therapy. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. I draw from person-centered principles by building strong therapeutic relationships based on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is one of the core modalities I use in my clinical work, especially with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral challenges. I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies.
