I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, and anger management. I also have experience working with depression. I've worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started! I am also a Christian and able to provide therapy through a Christian perspective and focus if you are looking for that.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, exploring what brought you to therapy, clarifying your goals, and building a strong, supportive connection.
